Return Policy Due to the nature of skincare products and for health & safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. We only accept return or refund requests for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
